UiN consulting is a youth-led social enterprise helping civil society organisations (CSOs) and public institutions lead with purpose. We apply intelligent tools, data insights, and clear design to deliver high-impact proposals, research, and reports that drive sustainable development for rights holders.
The road to sustainable human development
In research, policies, and funding proposals, right holders' lived experiences are frequently overlooked, especially in displacement and post-conflict contexts. This weakens evidence, disconnects strategy from reality, and limits funding impact.
We place rights holders at the center by using participatory methods, contextual analysis, and tailored grant support to ensure every proposal, report, and strategy is grounded in local realities and long-term development goals.
We turn overlooked insight into measurable change. Our partners gain stronger insights, sharper positioning, and evidence that speaks directly to rights holders' priorities, while enabling inclusive, community-led, and sustainable development outcomes.
UiN develops fundable, high-impact proposals and grants applications rooted in evidence, local context, and rights-based principles. Aligned with EU frameworks, UN agencies' standards, and the sustainable development goals (SDGs), our approach crafts CSOs' ideas into measurable, sustainable outcomes.
In a data-driven world shaped by intelligent technologies, we combine data tools, including AI-powered analysis, with participatory research to generate policy-relevant, context-specific insights. Our work equips CSOs and decision-makers with the knowledge they need for effective, rights-based, and results-oriented programming.
Our analytical reports translate complex data into structured, results-focused assessments that inform strategy, strengthen funding proposals, and guide policy decisions. Grounded in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) principles, and aligned with SDGs targets, we provide organizations track progress, define Key Performance Indicators, and make evidence-based decisions that drive sustainable development.
We design targeted communication products, such as donor briefs, advocacy kits, success stories, fact sheets, digital content, and impact reports, that elevate visibility, mobilize support, and build trust. Aligned with donor expectations and advocacy goals, our tools help NGOs and public institutions translate results into compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and drive action.
Through our empowerment advisory services, we conduct organizational assessments for CSOs, evaluating systems, capacities, and operational gaps. Building on these insights, we provide tailored support to strengthen institutional performance, localize implementation, and refine development strategies.
Middle East – Including Syria, Lebanon.
Europe – Including the Netherlands and Germany.
Through our work with CSOs across our target regions, we identified a critical gap: the disconnect between international actors and the lived realities of rights holders. While global institutions are committed to delivering sustainable support for displaced populations, misrepresentation and limited contextual understanding often result in misguided funding and ineffective strategies.
At UiN, we believe in the power of evidence. Through research and field-based needs assessments, we provide international organizations and public institutions with grounded, actionable insights. This ensures their interventions are informed by real needs, not assumptions, maximizing impact where it matters most.
UiN was founded by a team with firsthand experience of involuntary migration, we’ve lived the challenges, received support from NGOs and public institutions, and emerged as changemakers.
Our journey fuels our purpose: to empower organizations that uplift displaced communities. We work alongside NGOs and public institutions to ensure their efforts continue to create future changemakers, strengthening communities for the long run.
Because this is where we come from, and this is where we can make the biggest difference.
Our team understands the realities of both regions, we’ve experienced displacement, pursued education, gained expertise, and mastered the tools needed to bridge the cultural and systemic gaps. Our deep-rooted knowledge allows us to deliver research, insights, and solutions that truly reflect the needs of both communities.
While NGOs execute humanitarian and development projects that improve the lives of refugees and involuntary migrants, we support NGOs and public institutions in making those projects more effective.
Our role is to strengthen decision-making through research, insights, and tailored strategies by providing:
* High-quality research papers
* Evidence-based proposals & grant
applications
* Policy recommendations
* Strategic communication materials
In short, we don’t run projects, we ensure they’re designed and implemented based on real data, real needs, and real impact. But at the core, we share the same mission: to help vulnerable people access their rights in an increasingly challenging world.
Our partners include civil society organizations (CSOs), public institutions, social enterprises, and other legally registered entities working to enhance the livelihoods and resilience of rights holders. Whether operating at a local, national, or regional level, we collaborate with actors committed to inclusive development, social impact, and sustainable outcomes, across small, medium, and large-scale initiatives.
